At age 78, she definately shouldn't have been out there. Guilt tripped into making her time and giving her all to the Watchtower Jehovah. If I'm not mistaken even those in ancient times working in the temple were forced to semi-retire upon reaching age 50, right? Guarantee you she signed up to auxilliary pioneer this month trying to get her dirty thirty. The Service Department and the GB give not two fukks.

Speaking from my own experiences, I don't think so. Granted, I can only speak on my own observations in the couple of congregations I've been in. I'm a 70's baby so I don't know what the turnover rate was like prior to the 90s. I don't know what it was like after the 1975 thing, or the early 80ish purging. Don't know what it was like during the 60's, 50's, etc.. But speaking from my experiences as a teenager in the 90's, I'd say while they've lost a ton of young people, the majority of folks in my experiences have remained with the religion.

My own experience tells me the people who get bull terriers are exactly the last people that should have any dog let alone something as powerful as that breed.
I hear you. There is a certain element of people that adore these animals. I shouldn't talk too much because they are all beautiful creatures, but I believe I've had the same experiences as you in regards to the types of people that typically own these dogs. My first thought when reading the article and seeing the house was where's Mike Vick and his homies or that house is probably gonna be featured on a reality show in the same vein of Swamp People. I've never been to Tulsa, but from what I gather Northern Tulsa where this happened isn't the best area on the planet.

Cyprus has close relations with Greece who is also in bad economic shape. The latter country also has a recently popular fascist party with neo-nazi ties growing quickly and gaining support. Greece/Cyprus= Germany/Austria?.............Maybe Spain can be the modern day Italy of Mussolini' s vision? Would never happen on as large of a scale as during the WW2 era, but could still be a headache for Europeans and the Mediterranean.
